Councillor Nicky Walker, Executive Member for Resources
The Executive Member for Resources is responsible for the Council’s financial services and related budgetary planning processes. In addition to this, Councillor Walker is also responsible for the council’s land and property assets and other issues including corporate legal matters, housing benefits and audit issues.
As the Executive Member for Resources, Councillor Walker’s main responsibilities include:

- Medium Term Financial Plan
- Central Services Plan (where relevant to the portfolio)
- Treasury Management
- VFM Strategy
Services and Functions:
In circumstances where it is considered that the Executive Member would have a prejudicial interest or by virtue of the fact that they are a member of the Erimus Housing Board, the matter will be referred to the Deputy Mayor for determination.
