Grants of up to £1000 are available to community or voluntary groups within Middlesbrough.

Applicants must demonstrate that –

• the project/group will benefit the people of Middlesbrough.
• the project/group encourages community activity and stimulates participation and involvement.
• the project/group compliments the services and priorities of Middlesbrough Council.

For grants of over £500 the applicant must clearly demonstrate strategic significance and links to the priorities detailed within the Middlesbrough Community Strategy.

Applications will normally be considered on a bi-monthly basis.
