Introduction

The Regeneration Programmes team provides authoritative information and guidance to Council departments, and associated partners in the voluntary and community sector, on all areas of regeneration funding, including the Lottery funds. The team can also assist with all aspects of project development, identification of, and bidding for funding, and the delivery of externally funded regeneration projects.The Regeneration Programmes team also undertakes the project co-ordination and management role for a number of major, strategic, multi-funded, regeneration initiatives, being delivered, in partnership, with other local organisations and regeneration agencies, including Housing Market Renewal / St Hilda’s and the Stockton Middlesbrough Initiative.
