What is Every Child Matters?
Every Child Matters is the government’s plan to improve the lives of all children and young people aged 0-19. It encourages cooperation and joint working between all organisations involved with children and young people, such as social services, education services, youth services, child care providers, schools, colleges, GPs, hospitals and other health services, specialist services and voluntary organisations. You can find out more about Every Child Matters by following the link on the right-hand side to their website.
