Health and safety policy
It is a legal requirement for any organisation employing five or more persons to prepare a written safety policy. Policies do not have to be complex but we understand that writing one can be a daunting task. Middlesbrough Council have therefore produced a checklist to aid businesses in writing their own safety policy.
