Introduction

Our Customer Service Policy is our commitment to you, the customer.
The aim of this policy is to provide you with information that will make
our venues and services both accessible and enjoyable and will help
ensure you want to make use of them again and again.

The service produces a Service Plan once a year, which details achievements against objectives, set the previous year. Also included in the Service Plan are Key Performance Indicators, which show how the service has performed against specific targets.
