Activity can be broken down into small 10 minute blocks building up to 30 minute sessions at a time. Whatever the age or ability we have a programme for you. Things you can do for yourself to benefit are activities such as Gardening, walking and exercise videos to the more strenuous activities such as cycling, running, swimming and various fitness classses. Basically, every little helps and if you are completely sedentary, try moving around the home for 15 minutes for every hour that you are sedentary.
