Pallister Park

Facilities include football pitches, bowling greens and play areas

Pallister Park

Pallister Park is known locally as the 'leisure centre without a roof', reflecting the fact that the majority of activities take place outdoors.

Located in the middle of the park is the park centre building. This offers a variety of activities for all age groups and abilities.

There are a wide range of facilities available within the park including a Centre Building, roller skating rink, tennis court, bowling greens, play areas, grassed 11-a-side football pitch, an all weather five-a-side football pitch and much more.

Unfortunately Pallister Park no longer operates the centre building, therefore no toilet or first aid facilities are available.

Disabled Access

Public parking for four disabled drivers is located at the front entrance of the park building and a further two at the rear, close to the bowling greens.

Access is good throughout the site and all public footpaths are flat.

Information for Schools

Pallister Park offers a 'Play Time in Term Time' activity package. We offer supervised educational and play activities in a safe and welcoming environment, ideal for school trips or to support national curriculum subjects. You can choose a half or full day visit.
