How to make a complaint about possible unauthorised construction work

If you feel that there has been a violation of a planning condition, or that any unauthorised development has taken place you are able to make a confidential complaint to the Council Planning Department by any of the following methods:

• Completing the online form below
• By emailing developmentcontrol@middlesbrough.gov.uk
• By speaking directly to the Planning Enforcement Officer on 01642 729468
