Houses the history of the region's geological, social and industrial heritage
The Dorman Museum houses the history of the region's geological, social and industrial heritage. The museum has eight permanent galleries, temporary exhibitions, on-site collection store, resources room, education suite and cafe. We use our anthropology, natural and social history collections to lead our programme of regular events aimed at all ages and abilities.
