If you would like to make a complaint, in the first instance please contact the member of staff you are in touch with or ask to speak to their manager. If you would like to make a complaint regarding a care home, personal care or enablement and support agency please contact them directly.

However, if you feel that this has not resolved the issues you have raised, we have a formal complaints procedure.
