Please note that if you call in to any of the three Service Contact Points when a benefit advisor is not available, you will be unable to leave any documents or make a claim. You would have to call in at one of the other Service Contact Points or at Middlesbrough House. The Benefit Service apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
