Long stay parking season tickets

Season tickets are available for use in the Council's long stay car parks

Season tickets are available for use in the Council's long stay car parks. They are valid 7 days a week. Season Tickets are not valid on short stay, limited stay, private car parks or on street pay and display areas.

Season tickets costs:

1 calendar month - £49.50
3 calendar months - £148.50
6 calendar months - £297
12 calendar months - £594

Opening hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 10am to 4.30pm Wednesday and 8.30am to 4pm Fridays. Closed on Bank Holidays.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, postal order, debit or credit card.

Season tickets can also be ordered by telephone on 01642 726003 or by faxing the  season ticket purchase form [61kb] to 01642 726330. If ordering by telephone or fax, please allow 2 working days before the season ticket is to commence. If ordering by telephone payment must be made by debit/credit card.

A season ticket expiry reminder service is available for an additional charge of 50p.

Additional parking spaces have recently been made available for Season Ticket Holders in Captain Cook Square Car Park. Permit holders are now allowed to park on the Short Stay Level 3 of the Multi Storey Car Park as well as on Levels 4, 4A, 5 and 6.

Levels 0, 1 and 2 remain Short Stay Pay and Display only and Season Ticket Holders are not permitted to park on these levels. The Short Stay Pay and Display tariff remains in operation on Level 3. These new facilities are only available for permit holders, Long Stay Pay and Display tickets are not valid on Level 3.

Long Stay Pay and Display parking remains on levels 4, 4A, 5 and 6.
