The Urban Regeneration team (previously known as the Implementation Team) identifies, develops and delivers a range of economic, physical and community regeneration projects using a variety of funding sources. Such projects have included the Stockton Middlesbrough Initiative, Urban Regeneration Strategy, North Ormesby Market Place, Town Centre Strategy, Centre Square and the recent public realm improvements at Zetland Square.
