Middlesbrough Council's Adult Social Care Department is offering one lucky winner the chance to win £50 in high street shopping vouchers if you can come up with a new name for our Care Link Monitor and Response Service. The service has recently been reviewed and a number of changes are being put into action to modernise the service. As part of the changes we want to change the name of the service to make it more appealing to a wider range of people.
The Monitor and Response Service is a way of calling for help and support, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Giving you and those who care about you, the comfort of knowing that, if there is a crisis you can get help at the push of a button, keeping you safe in your own home.
How to enter
Simply complete the entry form available on the right of this page, then send it to us either by Freepost to: Competition Entry, FREEPOST MI505, Civic Centre, Middlesbrough, TS1 9FZ. Or by email to contractandcommissioningunit@middlesbrough.gov.uk and you will be entered into the competition, subject to the terms and conditions on the entry form. The closing date is 15th June 2012 and the winner will be notified by 30th June 2012.
