This environmental permitting regime is known and referred to as Local Authority Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control ('LA-IPPC'). Installations permitted under this regime are known as 'A2' or 'Part B' installations. (Use the Part A2 & Part B Application form located on the right hand side of this page) if you are sending an application for a 'Part A2' or 'Part B' installation to a Local Authority under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 ("the EP Regulations"), SI 2007/3538.
