Opening times and How to get there
Visitors: Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. (except Friday when we close at 4.00pm)
Report to reception, ground floor, Middlesbrough House. You do not need an appointment and we aim to keep waiting times to a minimum
- You will be seen by a fully trained Advisor
- Appointments are available on request
- An interpreter can be arranged by prior appointment
- We have trained 'signers' for the hearing impaired (it is best to make an appointment so we can ensure a signer is available).
Remember to bring with you evidence of identity and National Insurance Number as well as proof of residence and proof of income and savings (if you are applying for benefits).

By Bus - travelink - Call 0970 6082608 for further information on bus and train timetables
By Car - Parking is available outside Middlesbrough House next to the registry Office. Alternatively, you may wish to use any of the parking spaces on Corporation Road (limited availability)
