The Government believes that everyone should have the opportunity to live in a decent home. Poor quality housing can have an impact on the health of the occupants and on the quality of life in the area.

The Housing Assistance Team provides help to owner-occupiers to improve their properties through grant and loan support and assists the vulnerable members of society to enable property repairs and improvements to be undertaken.
