X4 Health & Fitness clubs are now fully equipped with TechnoGyms state of the art cardiovascular and resisitance equipment. All X4 clubs now have Selection Line resisitance equipment including the fantastic Radient multi-station and Excite cardio equipment featuring the brand new cardio WAVE... All X4 clubs feature a range of IFI (Inclusive Fitness Initiative)... equipment..this means each club has a range of equipment that is more accessible for people with a disability.
All current customers of X4 will be given mini-inductions on the new equipment so they are familiar with its use and how to get the best out of the kit. It is important that new existing customers speak to an instructor if they are unsure of how to use the new equipment.
What happened to the old equipment?
All the old equipment which was in very good condition was donated to sporting and community groups within Middlesbrough. These included, the Acorn Centre, Newlands School, the Middlesbeck Social Club, the Westwood Centre, Hemlington Lake and Recreation Centre and Cargo Fleet.
