Childline gives you advice about lots of things, including school, friends, and being safe online. You can also call their helpline on 0800 1111 or talk to a counsellor online if something is worrying or upsetting you.
The Bullying UK gives you advice about what bullying is and how to stop it.
Barnardo's gives you advice about lots of things, including internet safety, being a young carer, and abuse at home.
You can get help from the CBBC website about how to stay safe online and what to do if someone bullies you there.
Thinkuknow gives you special advice, based on your age, about how to be safe online.
Runaway Helpline can help you if you're thinking about running away from home. You can also call or text them on 116 000.
NSPCC has lots of advice for older children and young people about different kinds of abuse and lots of different ways to stay safe.
Young Minds explains about mental health and emotional problems. You can also call them on 020 7089 5050 if you need help or someone to talk to.
