Middlesbrough Environment City offers free advice about fuel debt (when you can't afford to pay your energy bills).
They will speak to energy companies on your behalf to help put payment plans in place, so you only make payments you can afford.
One to one appointments are available at community venues (like Community Hubs), or in your home. Appointments are available every week, from Tuesday to Friday.

Tully helps you put together a free, accurate budget online. From your budget, they'll give you free debt advice and work out a plan personal to you.
They'll then contact the companies you owe money to and set up repayment plans you can afford, and support you to keep making the repayments.
