In May 2020, the Tees-wide Safeguarding Adults Board published a Learning Lessons Review in relation to Adult C, a female who died in Middlesbrough, for whom domestic abuse was a feature of her life.
Learning Lessons Reviews are completed and shared with partners to maximise opportunities to safeguard adults with care and support needs, who are, or may be, at risk of abuse and neglect.
