Problems with playground equipment
Council-owned play areas undergo regular inspections to ensure that the equipment, surface, furniture and general area are in a safe condition for public use. All inspectors are ROSPA trained to identify hazards with play equipment. Zurich Municipal also carries out a safety check/structural survey on all equipment on a 6 monthly basis, so that all equipment is up to national standard requirements.
