The Hub Line is a new and free telephone service which will allow Middlesbrough residents to take more control of their welfare, wellbeing and work affairs by providing a direct line to multiple government departments, agencies, providers and local support services. The service is easy to use as all phone numbers have been pre-programmed into the telephone handsets and no appointment is needed to use the service.
The Hub Line service is available in the following Community Hubs:
Please note that this is a restricted service which does not allow phone calls to any numbers which are not already assigned to the handsets. Access to the service may be restricted or unavailable between 12pm - 2pm, when some centres may be closed for lunch.
