The Dorman Museum is temporarily closed for refurbishment until spring 2024. We're making some much-needed upgrades to our building.
This includes: new CCTV cameras, new hearing loops, repairs to the external steps, refurbishing the passenger lift and accessible toilet, and upgrading the internal staircase. Find out more about the closure.

Dressers Tea Room is open as normal while the museum is closed, so you don't have to miss out on all the delicious home-cooked food you love!
Dressers Tea Room opening times:
- Monday: closed
- Tuesday to Friday: 9:30am to 3:30pm
- Saturday: 10:30am to 3:30pm
- Sunday: 11am to 3pm
