Free Wi-Fi service is available in all of Middlesbrough's community venues:

- Customer Centre at Middlesbrough House
- Central Library
- Berwick Hills (Neptune) Community Hub and Library
- Easterside Community Hub and Library
- Grove Hill Community Hub and Library
- Hemlington Community Hub and Library
- Marton Community Hub and Library
- Myplace
- Newport Community Hub and Library
- North Ormesby Community Hub and Library
- Rainbow Community Hub and Library
- Thorntree Community Hub and Library
In addition, Wi-Fi is available at three of Middlesbrough's most famous landmarks:
- Captain Cook Birthplace Museum
- Dorman Museum
- Transporter Bridge Visitor Centre
First time user
- Go to 'settings' on your device and select 'MBC Guest'
- Go to the website you want to access
- Create an account - enter a username, password and complete the registration process
- Select 'Sign on' and add your username and password
- If you're happy with the Acceptable Use Policy, select 'accept'
- Change your password and select 'submit'
- Access the free Wi-Fi
