Are you worried that a child, vulnerable adult, or older person is unsafe or at risk of harm? Often this could be because of abuse or neglect, but it could also be because they're living in an unsafe environment or can't take proper care of themselves.

How to report an adult safeguarding concern

If the person is in immediate danger, call 999.

How to tell us you're worried about a child

Call the Middlesbrough Multi-Agency Children's Hub on 01642 726004. Outside of office hours, call 01642 524 552.
