Can you help Middlesbrough Council track down these brazen CCTV vandals?

The trio were filmed as they tried to destroy two cameras in the underpass near the Riverside Stadium.

The incident happened at around 8.30pm on Saturday (November 13) when the hapless threesome were seen smiling as they set about their attack.

But in doing so their faces were clearly visible, and now their names are being sought so they can be held accountable for their actions.

Middlesbrough Mayor Andy Preston said: "Our renowned CCTV system has received coverage around the world for the results it delivers.

"People love it because it's there to protect us all, and it does an amazing job.

"It speaks volumes that these thugs want to destroy it - someone out there knows who they are, so help us catch them."
