Budding young music producers have a treat in store over the half term break.
The popular MUSINC musical inclusion partnership is holding a free Music Production course at Middlesbrough's Myplace youth hub.
Aimed at 13- to 18-year-olds with an interest in recording music, studio techniques, sound production and live music, the three-day course from Tuesday, February 18 will be led by experienced studio engineers.
Newcomers will complete Rock School-accredited Grade 1, while those who have attended a previous course will gain Grade 3.
Participants must attend all three days, and no previous experience or knowledge is necessary.

Also up for grabs during half term week are Steel Pan Workshops at Middlesbrough Town Hall on Thursday, February 20 and Friday, February 21.
The free sessions for nine- to 13-year-olds run from 10am to 12.30pm each day.
