Our benefits and Council Tax systems are offline this weekend

Some of our systems are offline this weekend to let us complete important updates.

The Citizen Access Benefits account, Revenues and Benefits account, and Landlord Portal will all be offline from Friday 27 April 2018 until Monday 30 April 2018.

During this time, you won't be able to:

  • report a change of address if you're claiming Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Reduction
  • make a new claim for Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Reduction
  • complete any tasks using the Revenues and Benefits account, e.g. creating a new Council Tax account, checking your bill, applying for a discount, or reporting a change of personal details, address or circumstances etc.
  • complete any tasks using the Landlord Portal, e.g. finding out about payments due to you, or searching for claimant information etc.
