The proposed Order will:

  1. amend the Articles & Schedules of The Council of the Borough of Middlesbrough (East & West Area) (Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2015 (as amended) as listed in the First Schedule hereto;
  2. amend the Schedules of The Council of the Borough of Middlesbrough (Traffic Movements) (Consolidation) Order 2015 (as amended)  as listed in the Second Schedule hereto
  3. amend the Council of the Borough of Middlesbrough (Hackney Carriage stands) (Consolidation) Order 2012 (as amended) as listed in the Third Schedule hereto.
