The SEND Assessment Team 0-25 deals with many aspects relating to inclusive education. This includes:

• Working with young people with SEND to raise aspirations
• Administration of Education Health and Care Assessment process and annual review of EHCPs
• Providing additional funding to schools for support of pupils with SEN Support plans
• Acting as the single point of contact for young people and families
• Managing and promoting the Local Offer website to families
