We make every effort to provide you with high quality services that meet your needs. We encourage any compliments, comments and complaints as they help us to improve our services.

If you are not satisfied with the service you have received from us, we hope that, firstly you will talk to the member of staff concerned or their manager. This may help to get the problem sorted out to everyone's satisfaction as quickly as possible. 

If you'd like to make a complaint regarding a care home, personal care or enablement and support agency please contact them directly.

To make a complaint you can use our online form. The form can also be used to pay a compliment or give us any other comments.
