Adult social care comments and complaints

There will be a change to your usual bin collection day on week commencing Monday 30 May, due to the extra Bank Holiday. Our crews will be working between Monday to Thursday and all refuse collections that week will move a day forward. View your bin collection calendar.

We make every effort to provide you with high quality services that meet your needs. We encourage any compliments, comments, or complaints, as they help us to improve our services.

If you're not satisfied with the service you've received from us, we hope that first you'll talk to the member of staff concerned, or their manager. This may quickly get the problem resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

If you'd like to make a complaint regarding a care home, a personal care agency, or an enablement and support agency, please contact them directly.

Make a complaint

If you feel that speaking to the staff member or their manager hasn't solved the problem, we have a formal complaints procedure.

To make a complaint you can use our online comments form. The form can also be used to pay a compliment, or give us any other comments.

Alternatively, please contact:

We'll investigate the issues you raise and try to:

  • resolve your complaint as quickly as possible
  • tell you what we've done or will do
  • put right any mistakes
