Staying included

Staying Included is a service based around you, which can help you gain more control, have more choice, and find solutions which really help you to live your life. We help to form a partnership between you, community organisations, adult social care services, and health services. This can help you find ways to live independently at home and stay connected to your community.

We can help with things including:

  • social connection
  • health and wellbeing
  • home adaptations
  • money saving
  • education
  • leisure activities
  • volunteering
  • employment
  • digital inclusion

Our service supports you to live more healthily, become more active, form new friendships, and regain independence both at home and taking part in community activities.
