#smallchanges campaign

We want people to support our Reduce Your Risk campaign by pledging one #smallchange they can make to improve their health now and for the future.

Many people believe that getting cancer is purely down to genes, fate or bad luck. But that’s not true! Research shows that our risk actually depends on a combination of our genes, our environment and things we do in our lifestyle, which we can control. Did you know 4 in 10 cancers could be prevented by lifestyle changes?

A healthy lifestyle is not a cast-iron guarantee against cancer. But it stacks the odds in your favour by reducing the risk of developing the disease so take control of the things you can!
