Scammers are using the email address dataprotection@middlesbrough.gov.uk to send fake emails about debt payments.
These emails are not from Middlesbrough Council and we never send debt payment requests from this address.
If you need to make a payment, visit the pay section, check the payment information given on your demand letter or invoice, or contact us.
