Our focus is on supporting vulnerable adults over 18 with a wide range of needs, including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, substance use, domestic abuse, mental health and homelessness. If you have experience in these areas or a keen interest in supporting and learning more about these needs, this could be the role you are looking for.
Due to the nature of this role you will hold an interesting and varied caseload so being adaptable and flexible is key to your success. In return you will receive superb training opportunities and career planning alongside, flexible working with the option of a blended working environment (home and office where appropriate).
