Problems with playground equipment

Council-owned play areas undergo regular inspections to ensure that the equipment, surface, furniture and general area are in a safe condition for public use. All inspectors are ROSPA trained to identify hazards with play equipment. Zurich Municipal also carries out a safety check/structural survey on all equipment on a 6 monthly basis, so that all equipment is up to national standard requirements.

You can use Report It to report any problems with play areas in Middlesbrough.

Alternatively, you can contact the Environment Contact Centre on 01642 726001.
