Executive Meetings are held on a monthly basis and are open to the public. The meetings take place on a Tuesday at 1pm in the Town Hall. Members of the public are entitled, and welcome, to attend.
Copies of the agenda and the reports which are to be discussed at each meeting can be accessed prior to the meetings or provided to you at the meeting itself should you wish to attend.
Notices of private meetings of the Executive
On 10 September 2012, new regulations were introduced by Parliament to increase access to information for members of the public. Notice of all private meetings (those meetings excluding the press and public) to consider decisions to made by the Executive/Individual Executive and Sub-Committees must now be made available 28 days prior to the meeting.
