Our brand new IT suite is now open at Acklam Community Hub and Library! The modern and vibrant space has the latest technology, with new public computers.
There's a seating area so you can also bring your own laptop or iPad to work, study, or just go online. And charging facilities so your devices never run out of power.
There's also a height-adjustable desk, so you can choose the most suitable height for you at the touch of a button.
The work was made possible thanks to £270,000 from the Arts Council. We're one of only 26 councils in England to benefit from the £5m first round of the Library Improvement Fund.
And there's more to come - we'll be refurbishing the IT suites at Newport and North Ormesby next month.
