Important - read this before making a booking

To make a booking, you must enter the following information on the booking form:

• full name (we need your whole first name and surname, no initials)
• email address (so we can send you confirmation and reminder emails)
• phone number
• postcode - you'll need to bring proof of your postcode when you visit the HWRC
• vehicle registration number

If you don't give all the required information, your booking will be cancelled.

How to book

Once you've entered your details, you'll be able to choose a date, and then an appointment time. There are a limited number of appointments available, so if the time you want is not showing, you'll need to choose a different time.

If you do not have access to a computer or email, call us on 01642 726001 and we'll book the slot for you.

It is one booking per resident. If you make multiple bookings, they will be cancelled. Please be respectful of other residents who also want to book appointments.

Once you've booked your slot, you'll get a confirmation email. The email will also include a link you can use to cancel your booking if you need to. Please cancel your booking if you're unable to attend, so someone else can book the slot instead.
