Community support (crisis payments)

If you're in crisis and need money urgently, you may be able to get a crisis award. Call the Community Support team on 08081 789 278 (Freephone).

Phone lines are open: 9am to 4pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday), and 10am to 4pm (Wednesday).

You can also apply for a crisis award online, but it's quicker to call us.

If you need emergency help with food, the White Feather Project can help. They're open 7 days a week, from 9am to 10pm. You can call 07552 830185 for help.
